The present invention relates to a device capable of emitting and removing nitrogen oxide, which is harmful gas, by decomposing the nitrogen oxide into water and nitrogen through the light and wavelength of an LED bulb and making the decomposed nitrogen oxide go through a cooling device, and also, removing fine dust and reducing harmful gas from the atmosphere and the exhaust of vehicles by making the atmosphere and the exhaust go through a collecting filter. However, a general purification device is installed as a three-way catalyst device to remove carbon monoxide and hydrocarbon without the capability to remove nitrogen oxide or fine dust. The present invention is designed to solve the problem, enabling users to live in a clean air environment by decomposing, removing, and separating harmful gas in the atmosphere and the exhaust of vehicles such as nitrogen oxide, sulfur oxide, and fine dust.본 발명은 LED전구의 빛과 파장을 이용하여 유해가스인 질소산화물을 물과 질소로 분해하고, 냉각장치를 통과시켜 포함하고 있는 수분을 물로 만들어 외부로 배출 제거하며, 유해가스를 포함한 가스나 대기를 포집필터를 통과시켜 차량의 배기가스 및 대기 등에서 유해가스 저감 및 미세먼지를 제거하기 위한 장치이다.그러나 , 일반적인 정화장치는 삼원촉매 장치로서, 일산화탄소 ,탄화 수소 등을 제거하는 목적으로 설치되어 있고, 질소산화물이나 미세먼지 등을 제거하지 못하는 등의 문제점이 있다.본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해서 안출된 것으로서, 질소산화물, 황산화물, 미세먼지 등의 차량의 배기가스와 대기 중의 유해가스에서 분해, 제거 분리하여 청정의 대기 중에서 생활 할 수 있도록 하였다.
