PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide tube capable of promptly providing a guiding path along a path from an insertion point to an observation target point.
SOLUTION: The guide tube 10 includes: an inner coil 40 having a guide path in which an insertion part 3 can be inserted an outer coil 30 making the inner coil 30 freely slide therein, having a length by which the inner coil 40 extends from apertures on a tip side and a base end side, and having an inside diameter larger than an outside diameter of the inner coil 40 an external sheath 20 constituted of a straight tube 21 making the outer coil 30 freely slide therein, having a length by which the outer coil extends from apertures on the tip side and the base end side and having an inside diameter larger than an outside diameter of the outer coil 30, and a bent joint 22 fixed in the straight tube 21 and an outer coil tip constitution part 50 including an outer coil disposing hole 54 in which the tip of the outer coil 30 is disposed, and having a positioning member 52 for fixing the tip of the outer coil 30 which is fixed in the one-end side aperture 55 of the outer coil disposing hole 54, and an outer coil holding member 53 holding an outer periphery of a middle of the outer coil 30 which is disposed in the other-end side aperture 56.
