When executive unit is brought into action, evoking rod movement, ensured is hermetical closing or support of closing of outlet canal in hollow chamber by other packing ring with open inlet canal, which lets some quantity of gas into hollow chamber. Pump is made with possibility of putting in action for movement of liquid into mixing chamber.
