This invention relates to a drying installation applying green energy, comprising a solar energy collecting device, a water storage device and a heat exchanging device. The solar energy collecting device connected to a water source is capable of heating water supplied from the water source by thermal energy which is converted by solar radiation energy absorbed therewith. The water storage device includes at least a hot water storage container, which is provided with an electric heater connected to the solar energy collecting device and is utilized to store the hot water that is heated by the solar energy collecting device. The heat exchanging device includes a section of piping and a blowing unit, in which the piping is connected to the water storage device at one end thereof, and the blowing unit facing the piping is utilized to supply air to the piping, so that a heat exchanging effect is generated and a high-temperature hot air is formed. The drying installation can be connected to a wind power generation device for obtaining electricity needed. Accordingly, by converting green energy into thermal energy to heat water source and using the high-temperature hot air formed by the heat exchanging device to achieve drying treatment, the invention provides advantages and efficacies of environmental protection and energy saving, preserving water content freshness and nutritional ingredients of the objects to be dried, and being moved with mobility.
