PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production device for an absorber capable of accumulating fiber material and high absorbent polymers without disturbing an air flow inside a carrying duct.SOLUTION: This production device 1 for the absorber includes: a rotary drum 2 the carrying duct 3 disposed such that the carrying duct 3 covers a part of the peripheral face of the rotary drum 2 and particle sprinkle part 5 disposed on the duct 3 adjacently to the duct 3, and sprinkling particles of the high absorbent polymer inside the duct 3.
