PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for locally heating the inside of the body which locally heats a heating-target portion even when the heating-target portion corresponds to a deep part of the inside of the body.SOLUTION: A power receiving part 14 and a heating part are embedded under the body so as to put a heating-target organ between a pair of electrodes 20 or so as to dispose a power receiving coil 16 at the space among peripheral organs, a power sending coil of a power sending part is put around the body, a variable magnetic field is generated by supplying electric power to the power sending part from outside to apply alternating current, the magnetic field generated from the power sending part is passed through the inside of the ring-like hollow of the power receiving coil 16 and the electric current is applied through the power receiving coil 16, so that the electric power is transferred with wireless access to the power receiving part 14 in the body from the power sending part outside the body.
