Mexidol is being also intravenously administrated by drop infusion, first, in a daily dose of 200-250 mg for the first 20 days, and then 375-400 mg of mexidol in tablets are being ingested for the following 20 days. 1.2-1.3 ml of 0.01% timogen solution is being intramuscularly administrated in an amount of 10 injections, then 1.2-1.3 ml of 0.01% timogen solution is being intramuscularly administrated in an amount of 10 injections every second day. HBO is being carried out with excessive pressure of 0.8-1.2 atm at compression and decompression rate of 0.1 atm per minute, isopression period makes 40 minutes.
