PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorizer capable of reducing the size while ensuring the deodorizing function.SOLUTION: A localized area washing device 3 which functions as a deodorizer, includes: a base 8 which is disposed in a rear area of a toilet bowl 4 of the toilet bowl body 2 having opening 9 facing the toilet bowl 4； a flow duct 24 which has an air outlet 28 blowing out the air, which is positioned being eccentric to one side from the center of the toilet bowl 4 in a left or right direction with the air outlet 28 being faced toward the outside of the base 8 from the opening 9； and a shutter 10 that vertically rotates on a shaft along the opening 9 to open/close the opening 9.
