Disclosed are a point-of-care system and method, the system comprising: an aptamer-based diagnostic reagent a diagnostic instrument for detecting a Raman signal through a Raman analysis technique and a diagnostic kit to be operated on the basis of a lateral flow method, wherein blood and the diagnostic reagent are reacted so as to detect a Raman signal when the placement of the diagnostic kit is detected, thereby allowing the type of acute febrile illness to be identified.Linvention concerne un système et un procédé de lieu dintervention, le système comprenant : un réactif de diagnostic à base daptamères un instrument de diagnostic permettant de détecter un signal Raman par lintermédiaire dune technique danalyse Raman et un kit de diagnostic à utiliser conformément à un procédé découlement latéral, le sang et le réactif de diagnostic étant mis en réaction de façon à détecter un signal Raman lorsque le placement du kit de diagnostic est détecté, ce qui permet didentifier le type de maladie fébrile aiguë.압타머 기반의 진단 시약, 라만 분석 기법을 통해 라만 신호를 검출하는 진단 기기, 측방 유동 방식 기반으로 동작하는 진단 키트로 구성되고, 진단 키트의 배치가 감지되면 혈액과 진단 시약을 반응시켜 라만 신호를 검출함으로써 급성 열성 질환의 종류를 확인하는 현장 진단 시스템과 방법이 개시된다.
