PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cataract test equipment and a cataract determination program capable of easily identifying a pupil region and determining a level of cataract.SOLUTION: A cataract test equipment includes light projection means to project ring-shaped projection light 20 to a pupil region from an almost front direction, imaging means to obtain image information by capturing images of ring-shaped reflected light 10, 11, 12 from an eye ball projected with the ring-shaped projection light 20, reflected light detection means to detect the ring-shaped reflected light, and cataract determination means to determine cataract by using the ring-shaped reflected light. In addition, the cataract test equipment includes color feature analysis means to analyze a color feature of the pupil region inside an inner contour of the reflected light 10 having the maximum diameter and the maximum luminance among the ring-shaped reflected light to determine nuclear cataract or posterior subcapsular cataract on the basis of the color feature of the pupil region. The cataract test equipment determines eyelashes in the pupil region, analyzes an opacity on the basis of an area and color of a region where a pattern exists excepting the eyelashes, and determines cortical cataract on the basis of the opacity of the pupil region.
