The carriercompositionscomprise an in situ gelling agent comprising a poloxamer, particularly, an insitu gellingagent comprising Poloxamer 407, a biofilm inhibiting agent and a mucosallubricant. Furtherdisclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the carrier compositionand usesthereof for the treatment of chronic rhinosinutitus.
