PURPOSE: A hemostatic device is provided to improve a hemostatic effect by accurately detecting a hemostatic target and thoroughly compressing a hemostatic target. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive band(12) has an opening part in the center thereof. A transparent window(16) is connected to an air injection valve and is combined around the opening part on the lower side of the adhesive band. A flange is combined with a frame on the lower side of the transparent window. An elastic bulb(24) includes a hemispheric protrusion unit(22) which is extended by injecting air through an air injection valve.본 발명은 혈관조영검사, 경피적 혈관조영술 등의 시술 후 혈관천자부위와, 혈관천자부위에서 피부절개부위에 이르는 천자통로를 보다 정확하며 신속하게 지혈시켜 줄 수 있도록 하기 위해서 공기를 주입하는 것에 의하여 팽창되는 탄성벌브의 플랜지와 반구형돌출부 사이에는 다각형 측면부를 형성하고, 반구형돌출부의 중앙에는 조준표시부를 형성하며, 다각형측면부와 반구형돌출부 사이의 경계선 상에는 벌브조준안내부를 형성함으로써 눈으로 볼 수 없는 피부속 혈관의 천자부위를 정확하게 탐색하여 집중적으로 압박시켜 줌과 아울러서 피부의 절개부위에서 혈관의 천자부위에 이르는 천자통로를 보다 강하게 압박시켜 주는 것이므로 신속한 지혈효과를 발휘하는 압박지혈기구를 제공한다.
