PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed sore prevention device in which a structure is simple and a manufacturing cost is low, and it is inhibited from acting on a region other than the region desired to prevent a bed sore.SOLUTION: A bed sore prevention device is provided for protecting a body region having possibility of developing the bedsore. The bed sore prevention device 1a includes a bed sore prevention pad 10a of a ring shape containing a buffer material or a circular shape forming a recess in the central part, and a supporter 20a with this bed sore prevention pad 10a mounted thereon and capable of being worn. Detachable means is included in at least a portion of the surface of the bed sore prevention pad 10a and at least a portion of the surface of the supporter 20a.
