Provided is a dental syringe which, when performing injection filling of dental material from an outlet of a syringe main unit, can easily eject air within the syringe main unit to the outside, and easily discharge the dental material at treatment time. A dental syringe is configured from a syringe main unit (1), a plunger (2), and O-rings (3) mounted on retaining grooves (2a) which are formed along the circumferential direction of a distal end of the plunger (2).
