A length (A) in a central axis direction of an edge surface including the first ground facet and the at least two ground facets is in the range of 0.6 to 2.2 mm, an outside diameter (L) of the needle tube is in the range of 0.18 to 0.6 mm, and a value of the outside diameter (L) of the needle tube/the length (A) is in the range of 0.265 to 0.325.
