Butter making machine includes a cylindrical container and a drive-driven churning mechanism. Cylindrical container on one side is equipped with a bottom, and on the other side with a fill window. Fill window is equipped with a lid. Cylindrical container is mounted vertically on a frame and the bottom is facing the frame. Churning mechanism is installed above the bottom of the cylindrical container and is formed by a flat disk with an axis and blades. Each blade is made L-shaped and a smaller side is perpendicularly rigidly mounted on the flat disk through equal angular intervals in a horizontal plane and is placed by a larger side of the L-shaped blade in a cavity of the cylindrical container in the direction from a vertical axis of symmetry to a periphery of the flat disc with the possibility of cleaning an adhering butter from the inner walls of the cylindrical container.EFFECT: invention provides a technical result consisting in improving the quality of cooking butter by eliminating the destruction of the spherical shape of the butter grain and reducing the fats output in buttermilk.1 cl, 5 dwgИзобретение относится к маслодельной промышленности, в частности, к маслоизготовителям периодического действия.
