Provided are methods of treating cancer comprising administering an isocitrate dehydrogenase 2 (IDH2) inhibitor compound useful for the treatment of cancer and a compound described herein to a subject in need thereof. Also provided are polymorphic forms of IDH2 inhibitor compounds characterized by X-ray powder diffraction patterns, which have improved physicochemical properties that affect in vivo dissolution rates for formulation.
