PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl device and a toilet seat device which can obtain a more detailed estimation result.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device 1 includes: a toilet bowl body 10 which has a toilet bowl section 11 a plurality of cameras 20 and 21 which photograph falling feces discharged in the toilet bowl section so as to acquire images and a volume estimation section 30 which estimates the volume of the feces from the images acquired from the plurality of cameras. The plurality of cameras can be arranged so that the feces are photographed from different directions.
