PURPOSE: A reflection elastic band is provided to indicate a location of a tree or a boundary of road by using light of a moving car or laminating fluorescence of the band at night while fixing the tree by manufacturing the band with a weaving band formed of a reflective film or a fluorescent thread, wherein disadvantages of a conventional waste tire band used for fixing trees are supplemented by the weaving band. CONSTITUTION: When a band for binding trees is manufactured, a reflection elastic band is woven with a reflective tape to serve a reflection role. When a rope for binding trees is manufactured, the reflection elastic band is woven with a reflective rope and serves a reflection role. A rope or a band simply used for binding to plant and fix trees or to fix tree protection equipments uses the reflective rope or the reflection elastic band formed of the reflective tape or a fluorescent thread, and thus a user of a vehicle, a bicycle, or a lantern may be safely protected by indicating a location of a tree and a boundary of road using reflected light from the vehicle, bicycle, or lantern.반사밴드나 반사로프 사용전반사밴드 사용 후
