L'invention concerne un Procédé de détermination d'un indice d'hétérogénéité de la perfusion myocardique d'un individu à partir d'images médicales de la perfusion myocardique dudit individu, comprenant la construction, par segmentation bidimensionnelle ou tridimensionnelle desdites images, d'une carte topographique formée d'un ensemble de pixels ou de voxels myocardiques définis par une projection cylindrique du myocarde à partir du grand axe du ventricule gauche, ledit procédé étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend la détermination de l'entropie de ladite carte topographique. L'invention concerne également un système permettant la mise en oeuvre dudit procédé.
