A device for dilation of the Eustachian tube of the patient, comprising: a guide catheter having a first elongate rod that has a proximal end and a distal end and a lumen therebetween, wherein the guide catheter has a proximal hub attached to the proximal end of the first elongate shaft ikateter for balloon dilatation having a second elongated shaft having a proximal end and a distal end, wherein the catheter balloon dilatation is driven to advance the catheter with one hand, connected to the second elongated shaft between the proximal end of the second elongate shaft and the distal end of the second elongate shaft, and which separates the second elongate shaft at a proximal portion and a distal portion, the actuator has a proximal side and a distal side, wherein the catheter is used for llonnoy dilatation slidably coupled to the catheter-guide through the guide catheter and the lumen is fully inserted into the lumen of the catheter-guide, when the distal side of the actuator adjacent the proximal end of the catheter-provodnika.2.
