PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lumbago alleviation device which can be mounted to a chair or a bench used at home or at a workplace and a seat used in a train or a bus and has a simple mechanism and structure allowing a user to sit with his or her lower back and hips suspended, thereby removing the gravity applied to the lower back, using the gravity to extend the muscles around the lower back, and using the body weight to press and extend the muscles and acupressure points.SOLUTION: The lumbago alleviation device comprises a subject support part capable of supporting the joint section of the hips and the thighs of the subject and an ischium support part capable of supporting the ischium of the subject.
