The present invention relates to an apparatus for growing and selling bean sprouts capable of easily growing and selling a large amount of bean sprouts and easily removing root portions of the bean sprouts without taking out the bean sprouts from a growing container by growing the root portions of the bean sprouts outside the growing container. To this end, the apparatus comprises: a growing container which has a circular or polygonal shape with an opened upper portion, a receiving space in which the bean sprouts can be grown, and a plurality of through holes are formed in a lower surface； a container receiving member having a receiving part, in an upper surface, in which a plurality of the growing containers are inserted； and a growing soil receiving box in which growing soil is received and a plurality of punched holes are formed in a lower surface, and which is detachably coupled to the lower side of the container receiving member.상측이 개구된 원형 또는 다각형 형상으로 내부에는 콩나물이 재배 가능한 수용공간이 마련되고, 하부면에는 다수의 통공이 형성되는 재배용기와, 상부면에 상기 재배용기가 다수개 삽입되는 수용부가 형성되는 용기수용부재와, 내부에는 재배토가 수용되고 하부면에는 다수의 타공홀이 형성되어 상기 용기수용부재 하측으로 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 재배토수용함을 포함하여, 콩나물의 뿌리부분이 재배용기 외측에서 재배되도록 함으로써, 다량의 콩나물을 간편하게 재배 및 판매할 수 있고, 재배용기에서 콩나물을 인출하지 않고서도 콩나물의 뿌리부분을 용이하게 제거할 수 있는 콩나물 재배 및 판매장치에 관한 것이다.
