The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for analyzing a test property in a medical imaging device and supporting a diagnosis, and more specifically, to an apparatus and a method for supporting a diagnosis which analyze a test property of a test subject by comparing the test property with a reference test to allow an accurate and efficient diagnosis. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for supporting a diagnosis comprises: a test route acquisition unit to acquire a test route of a test subject； a test property analysis unit to use information of a reference test to analyze a test property from the acquired test route； and a diagnosis unit to determine an analysis point based on the reference test and the analyzed test property to diagnose one or more images on the test route corresponding to the analysis point.의료 영상 기기에서 검사 특성을 분석하고 진단을 지원하는 장치 및 방법에 관한 기술로, 기준 검사와의 비교를 통해 검사자의 검사 특성을 분석함으로써 정확하고 효율적인 진단이 가능하도록 하는 진단 지원 장치 및 방법이 제시된다. 일 양상에 따른 진단 지원 장치는 검사자의 검사 경로를 획득하는 검사 경로 획득부, 기준 검사의 정보를 이용하여 획득한 검사 경로로부터 검사 특성을 분석하는 검사 특성 분석부 및, 기준 검사 및 분석한 검사 특성에 기초하여 분석 지점을 결정하여 그 분석 지점에 해당하는 검사 경로 상의 하나 이상의 영상을 진단하는 진단부를 포함할 수 있다.
