By the spring compression force and the configuration of oil replenishment piston, the oil may be automatically replenished while the internal oil amount is insufficient. The hydraulic shaft employs the adjusting knob outside the shaft for the adjustment of bending speed and rebounding recovery speed. The position where the hydraulic shaft is configured is different from the conventional position, which may reduce the volume of the knee joint, provide the adjustable hydraulic bending and stretching speed, and may be slower while the head portion is recovered to be a horizontal state. The four-bar linkage hydraulic body may be changed to configure with a control shaft.
