PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve maintainability by facilitating attachment and detachment of a sieve bed.SOLUTION: The sieve bed 111 absorbs nitrogen and oxygen from air to acquire highly-concentrated oxygen. A manifold 108 forms a flow passage for the air, nitrogen and humidity. The sieve bed 111 is mounted on a sieve bed mounting table 130. A metal plate 150 is attached detachably on the sieve bed mounting table 130. The sieve bed 111 has an opening 166 that penetrates longitudinally through the bottom of the sieve bed 111, and a coupling 140 is pressed into the opening from the lowermost part. A cylindrical projection that projects downward and forms a part of the opening 166 is formed on the bottom of the sieve bed 111, and a flange 165 is formed on the circumference of the projection at the lower end.
