PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-cold beauty treatment device capable of effectively radiating the heat of a high-temperature surface of a Peltier element.SOLUTION: The hot-cold beauty treatment device comprises: a plate-like Peltier element a cold-side plate disposed on the heat absorption surface side of the Peltier element a hot-side plate disposed on the heat generating surface side of the Peltier element a heat sink which comprises a flat heat absorption part on one end side and a heat radiation part having plural through holes in a direction orthogonal to the plate surface of the heat absorption part on the other end side, the heat absorption part being disposed between the Peltier element and the hot-side plate a blowing unit disposed in proximity to the heat radiation part of the heat sink and power feeding means for feeding power to the Peltier element and the blowing unit. The respective components are housed in a casing having openings formed at positions corresponding to the cold-side plate and the hot-side plate and having plural through holes formed at positions corresponding to the blowing unit, such that the cold-side plate and the hot-side plate are exposed and a blowing fan is disposed at the positions corresponding to the plural through holes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
