The nucleotide sequence is selected from the group consisting of: 1) a nucleotide sequence according to any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1, 3 and 5； 2) a nucleotide sequence derived from the nucleotide sequence according to any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1, 3 and 5 through substitution, deletion or addition of one or more nucleotides； 3) a nucleotide sequence having at least 80% homology with any one of SEQ ID NOs: 1, 3 and 5. The present invention significantly increases the density of secretory glandular trichomes by transferring any one of the above nucleotide sequences into the plants by means of genetic engineering.
