The invention relates to a device for the production of domestic vinegar without using a tap, so without risk of leakage, and with an integrated filling device limiting or eliminating the risk of dropping the mother of vinegar (mycoderma) in the bottom of the vinegar. It consists of a sealed pot (6) with lid (5) provided with a central orifice (10) in which is housed a pipette (4) equipped with a plug (2) sealed by seal (1) . The user fills the pot (6) with the pipette (4) without compromising the integrity of the mycoderma aceti (7) or risk of submerge this mycoderma at the bottom of the pot. The pipette (4) also allows the user to withdraw the vinegar (8), facilitates the extraction of the mycoderma (7) and eliminates the risk of leakage on traditional vinegar equipped with taps. Il est constitué d'un pot étanche (6) avec couvercle (5) pourvu d'un orifice central (10) dans lequel vient se loger une pipette (4) équipée d'un bouchon (2) rendu étanche par joint (1). L'utilisateur remplit le pot (6) grâce à la pipette (4) sans nuire à l'intégrité du mycoderma aceti (7) ni risque de faire plonger ce mycoderma au fond du pot. La pipette (4) permet également à l'utilisateur de soutirer le vinaigre (8), facilite l'extraction du mycoderma (7) et annihile les risques de fuites rencontrés sur les vinaigriers traditionnels pourvus de robinets. Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné à la production de vinaigriers domestiques dépourvus de robinets de soutirage.
