PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for topical or local administration capable of avoiding side effects, such as allergy attributed to preservatives in pharmaceutical preparations containing tapentadol that is useful as a therapeutic agent of chronic or acute pain.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a semisolid aqueous pharmaceutical composition containing tapentadol or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. The composition does not contain any preservative or contains at most 5.0% by weight of preservatives based on the total weight of the composition. Preferably, the composition contains a lipid and/or surfactant, such as monoglyceride, diglyceride, or triglyceride, as an emulsifying agent, and preferably, the form is an ointment, a cream, an emulsion, a suspension, a lotion, and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】慢性又は急性疼痛治療剤として有用なタペンタドール含有医薬製剤において、保存剤に起因するアレルギー等の副作用を回避することが可能な局部又は局所投与用組成物の提供。【解決手段】タペンタドール又はその生理学的に許容可能な塩を含む半固形の水性医薬組成物。前記組成物は保存剤を含まないか、組成物の全重量を基準として最大で５．０重量％含有する。前記組成物は乳化剤として、モノグリセリド、ジグリセリド又はトリグリセリド等の脂質及び／又は界面活性剤を含有することが好ましく、形態としては軟膏剤、クリーム剤、乳剤、懸濁剤、ローション剤等であることが好ましい。【選択図】なし
