The present invention relates to a clean water tank. The clean fish tank includes: a fish tank unit which has drain grooves tilted in a direction to collect the sludge while being spaced apart at predetermined intervals on the floor surface of the clean fish tank, has a mesh plate covering the upper part of drain grooves, and arranges the floor surface between the drain grooves to be convexly curved to guide the sludge into the drain grooves, and easily collects the sludge into the drain grooves and a multifunctional boiler which has drain pipes connected to the individual drain grooves with the pump to filter the sludge collected thereto while executing a heating function. According to the present invention, the pump draws the sludge collected to the drain grooves to the boiler through the pipes. The clean fish tank filters the sludge to circulate purified water there-through. In winter, the boiler heats water at a suitable temperature to prevent freezing.
