The present invention provides a method for producing a composite particle, wherein a compound selected from an alkoxy silane, a silanol group-containing silane, and a partial condensate of them is added into a mixed solution obtained by blending, at least, a mixed aqueous disperse solution in which an inorganic powder and a silicone elastomer are dispersed, a cationic water-soluble polymer, and an alkaline substance, whereby carrying out a hydrolysis-condensation reaction to produce a composite particle formed of the inorganic powder whose surface is adhered with the silicone elastomer by using a silicone resin as a binder. There can be provided a method for producing, regardless of the kind of inorganic powders, a composite particle in which a silicone elastomer is adhered uniformly onto surface of an inorganic powder.本發明是關於一種複合粒子的製造方法,是製造複合粒子的方法,其特徵在於:藉由在至少包含下述成分的混合液中,這些成分為分散有無機粉體和矽酮彈性體而成的混合水分散液、陽離子性水溶性高分子、及鹼性物質,添加由烷氧基矽烷、含矽醇基的矽烷、及這些的部分縮合物選出的化合物來進行水解縮合反應,並將矽酮樹脂作為結合劑,將前述矽酮彈性體附著在前述無機粉體的表面上,而製造複合粒子。藉此而能夠提供一種複合粒子的製造方法,不論無機粉體的種類為何,均能使矽酮彈性體均勻地附著在無機粉體表面上。
