PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic diagnosis system which can acquire autofluorescence images by which a lesion part can accurately be identified without generating a positional slip among a plurality of the autofluorescence images.SOLUTION: The endoscopic diagnosis system includes a light source LD, a color filter, a photographing element 58, and an image processing section 70. In this case, the light source LD simultaneously emits two excitation rays having different central wave lengths for making the autofluorescence emitted from two autofluorescent substances containing a first autofluorescent substance of which autofluorescence intensity is strong at the lesion part and weak at normal parts, and a second autofluorescent substance of which autofluorescence intensity is strong at the normal parts and weak at the lesion part. The color filter has spectral transmission characteristics which make the autofluorescence emitted from the autofluorescent substances transmit while shielding the excitation rays. The photographing element 58 photographs the autofluorescence which is emitted from each of the first and second autofluorescent substances included in a to-be-observed region and is dispersed by the color filter, and acquires the first and second autofluorescence images when the to-be-observed region of a subject is irradiated with the two excitation rays.
