PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollen scatter inhibitor having a sharp activity toward male organs without affecting tree main bodies, branches and leaves.SOLUTION: This pollen scatter inhibitor comprises incorporating an ester of oleic acid or linoleic acid with a &ge4C polyhydric alcohol by 0.5 to 30% and stabilizing emulsion by a surfactant.
