PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health improving sheet by which a nasty smell in the room of an automobile can be deodorized and stress and fatigue of a driver can be relaxed and dissolved. SOLUTION: In a deodorizing sheet prepared by storing a deodorizing material 1 with a required thickness and a required flat area in a storing bag 2, the deodorizing material 1 is perforated and arranged with a number of small holes 5. In addition, magnet plate bodies 6 are inserted into the small holes 5 and gas permeable thin sheets 7 are respectively stuck to the top and bottom faces of the deodorizing material 1 by pinching the magnet plate bodies 6 from the top and the bottom. In addition, a tourmaline sheet 9 is arranged with the magnet plate bodies 6 on the deodorizing material 1 and the tourmaline sheet 9 alone is attached on the deodorizing material 1.
