The present invention relates to a beehive box having separable containers for the storage of a comb honey, wherein natural comb honey having honey in beeswax is produced and stored in a storage container to allow the provision of certified reliable natural honey and a clean cut of the storage container from a housing along a mouth of the storage container. The beehive box having separable containers for the storage of a comb honey comprises: the housing wherein an entrance allows bees to access an internal space and a path at the top allows the bees in the internal space to move； and the storage container for producing and storing comb honey, wherein an opened entrance is placed in the path of the housing to allow the bees in the internal space of the housing to access through the entrance. The housing has an insertion groove on one side in a horizontal direction.
