PURPOSE: An electric heating device for a plastic greenhouse is provided to enable users to easily manage the device, and to offer thermal efficiency of the optimal level. CONSTITUTION: A heating unit (110) generates heat when electricity is applied, and is formed of more than one heating unit with a plate shape. A thermal insulation protecting unit includes an insertion unit for inserting the heating unit. A pair of power connecting layers (112) is arranged on the upper and lower sides in parallel. A heating layer (111) is formed by arranging at least one material sheet in a rod shape in parallel, and generates heat when electricity is applied. An inner protective layer (113) is located on the front and rear sides of the heating layer and the power connecting layers. A power direct connecting layer (112a) is connected to an external power source. A power assistant connecting layer (112b) has the higher electrical conductivity than the power direct connecting layer.본 발명은 비닐하우스용 전기 난방장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게 본 발명은 발열층과 전원 연결층이 포함된 발열부가 단열보호부에 의하여 보호되어 전기적 안전성, 방수성 및 내구성이 향상되었으며, 단열보호부가 갖는 단열효과로 냉해로부터 재배 작물의 보호가 가능하며, 습기로 인해 생기는 잿빛곰팡이병으로 인한 작물의 피해를 방지함으로써, 딸기 재배가 이루어지는 비닐하우스를 비롯하여 습기가 많은 비닐하우스에서 효율적으로 높은 열효율을 유지하며, 전기 감전 사고의 위험이 없이 사용되어 질 수 있으며 설치 및 유지보수가 쉬운 비닐하우스용 전기 난방장치에 관한 것이다.
