PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed, etc. with exchangeable seat part underlay in which a prescribed divided overlay can be used and the seat part underlay in the divided underlay can be easily exchangeable without lifting down a lying person from the bed etc.SOLUTION: The bed, etc. with exchangeable seat part underlay are used under a condition wherein: an upper body board 1k that is a support board for an upper body part a seat part board 1m that is a support board for the seat part and a lower leg board 1n that is a support board for a lower leg part and those support boards are individually formed, and underlays 1p, 1q, 1r respectively having prescribed conditions for those support boards are mounted on those support boards.
