PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trabecular bone analyzing apparatus for accurately determining the quantity of a state of a trabecular bone.SOLUTION: According to a conventional apparatus, an analysis of a trabecular bone is performed by using a transmission image acquired by plain radiography. An accurate result is not always obtained by this kind of analysis since the trabecular bones are overlapped with each other and are pictured in the transmission image in a blurry state. According to the invention, the analysis of the trabecular bone is performed on a tomographic image D. Since the cancellous trabecular bones are clearly pictured in the tomographic image D without overlapping each other, the quantitative determination of the trabecular bone by the analysis of the trabecular bone becomes more accurate.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】骨梁の状態を正確に定量できる骨梁解析装置を提供する。【解決手段】従来装置によれば、単純撮影により取得される透過像を用いて骨梁解析を行っている。この様な解析は必ずしも正確な結果が取得できるわけではない。透過画像には骨梁同士が重なり合って不鮮明に写り込んでいるからである。そこで、本発明によれば、断層画像Dに対して骨梁解析が行われる。断層画像Dには網目状の骨梁が重ならずに鮮明に写り込んでいるので、骨梁解析による骨梁の定量はより正確なものとなる。【選択図】図1
