摘要：: The present invention relates to an anti-obesity food composition comprising a Solidago virgaurea subsp. asiatica Kitam. extract and a producing method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a food composition comprising a Solidago virgaurea subsp. asiatica Kitam. extract or fraction having an excellent anti-obesity efficacy and a producing method thereof. In one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a producing method of a functional food composition for anti-obesity comprising: a step of grinding Solidago virgaurea subsp. asiatica Kitam.； a step of extracting the ground product； and a step of obtaining a concentrate by depressurizing and concentrating the extract.본 발명은 미역취 추출물을 함유하는 항비만 식품 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 항비만 효능이 우수한 미역취 추출물 또는 분획물을 함유하는 식품 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
