PURPOSE: A multipurpose manager for a plastic greenhouse is provided to semi-automatically cover a supporting frame of the plastic greenhouse with a plastic sheet or a light-shielding layer.CONSTITUTION: A supporting frame (100) is formed of a vertical frame and horizontal frames to be covered with a plastic sheet. First guide rails (200A) are separately installed toward the installation direction of the vertical frame. First and second track cars (500A,500B) are movably installed on the first guide rails. First and second multifunctional bars move along the first guide rails with the track cars. First and second rotary rods (300A,300B) are installed on both sides of the first guide rails in parallel with the horizontal frames. First and second supporting bars (900A,900B) are fixed to both ends of the multifunctional bars, and are extended toward the ground.
