The present invention relates to a novel Bacillus subtilis CMC1147 strain and a composition for decomposing residual pesticides and controlling plant pathogens comprising the same. The strain is excellent in antagonism against plant pathogens as well as activity to decompose residual pesticides, and thus can be usefully used as an eco-friendly microbial agent and microbial pesticide.본 발명은 신규한 바실러스 서브틸리스 CMC1147 균주 및 이를 포함하는 잔류 농약 분해용 및 식물 병원균 방제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 균주는 잔류 농약을 분해하는 활성뿐만 아니라 식물 병원균에 대한 길항성이 우수하여, 친환경적인 미생물 제제 및 미생물 농약으로 유용하게 사용할 수 있다.
