PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter worn in finger joints in which the swelling and deformation due to Heberden nodule and Bouchard nodule being a degenerative finger arthrosis of fingers are covered, and an affected area in the convalescence is supported and a thermal effect is enhanced and effects such as the prevention of pain are ensured.SOLUTION: A supporter for finger joints is a cylindrical supporter having a length from a finger tip to the first joint and comprising a flexible material. The supporter is characterized as follows: one place of a rectangular opening part is provided in a bent portion of the joint of the inside of the finger of the supporter, and thereby a movable range is widened an arcuate elastic material is provided oppositely to the X-shape on both sides of left and right in the outer circumferential surface of the supporter the part where the arcuate elastic material is brought into abutment is configured to fix the arcuate elastic material with a linear elastic material, and a fulcrum shaft of the joint in bending and straightening of the first joint or the second joint of the fingers is formed and thereby the maintenance of the fulcrum shaft becomes possible and the transverse deformation of the finger is improved.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】手指の変形性指関節症であるヘバーデン結節やブシャール結節による腫れや変形を隠し、また、回復期における患部部位の支持および保温効果を高め疼痛防止等の効果を持つ手指関節に装着するサポーターを提供する。【解決手段】指の先端から第一関節までの長さを有し、伸縮性素材からなる筒状のサポーターであって、前記サポーターの指の内側の関節部の屈曲部分に矩形状の開口部を1ヵ所設けることにより可動範囲が広く、前記サポーターの外周面上の左右両側に、X字状に対向して弓状弾性素材を備え、前記弓状弾性素材が当接する部位は線状弾性素材で前記弓状弾性素材を固着し、手指の第一関節、又は、第二関節の曲げ伸ばしにおける関節部の支点軸を形成するとともに、前記支点軸の維持が可能になり、指の横方向の変形を改善することを特徴としている。【選択図】図1
