PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead fastener mounting structure that is mounted and used by using a thread part for mounting a tow hook already provided to the front and rear of a vehicle body of an automobile.SOLUTION: A thread part 21 connected to a thread part 30 for mounting a tow hook of an automobile 3 is formed in a portion of an outer circumferential surface or an inner circumferential surface of a hollow cylindrical body 2, and a removal mechanism 4 of an anchoring member 5 for anchoring a lead 6 is provided in a hollow part 20. The anchoring member 5 is constituted of a hook part 50 for coupling the lead 6, and an insertion shaft part 52 screwed to a screw shaft part 53 formed in the tip part of a series of the hook part 50 and fixed with a locknut 51.
