PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stimulus suitability analyzer and a program which can objectively and adequately determine, evaluate and display the suitability of stimulus applied to a human body by measuring the state of oxygen exchange in the brain.SOLUTION: The stimulus suitability analyzer A includes a probe 1 for heads, a main unit 2 to which optical information detected by the probe 1 for heads is inputted and which performs calculation, control or storing, an input part 3, a display part 4, a printing part 5 and a communication part 6. A control part 10 of the main unit 2 has a calculating part 12 which measures the amount of each of changes in concentration of oxidized hemoglobin and reduced hemoglobin by subjecting the light volume detected by the probe 1 for heads to arithmetic processing by near-infrared spectroscopy, a determination part 13 which determines the suitability of the stimulus for the human body on the basis of the amount of each of changes in concentration of the oxidized hemoglobin and reduced hemoglobin which is measured before and after application of stimulus to the human body, and an evaluation part 14 which evaluates a stimulus applying means on the basis of the result of determination by the determination part 13.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】脳の酸素交換状態を計測することにより、人体に与えられる刺激の適合性を客観的かつ的確に判定、評価及び表示することが可能な刺激適合性解析装置及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】刺激適合性解析装置Aは、頭部用プローブ1と、頭部用プローブ1によって検出された光情報を入力し、演算、制御又は記憶を行う本体2と、入力部3と、表示部4と、印刷部5と、通信部6とを有し、本体2の制御部10は、頭部用プローブ1によって検出された光の光量を近赤外分光法における演算処理を施すことにより、酸化型ヘモグロビン及び還元型ヘモグロビンのそれぞれ濃度変化量を計測する算出部12と、人体に刺激を与える前と後とで計測された酸化型ヘモグロビン及び還元型ヘモグロビンのそれぞれの濃度変化量に生じる変化に基づいて、刺激の人体に対する適合性を判定する判定部13と、判定部13による判定結果に基づいて、刺激付与手段を評価する評価部14とを有する。【選択図】 図1
