The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, containing an RNA oligonucleotide having specific sequences and a structure. More specifically, by treating a cell line with the RNA oligonucleotide having the specific sequences and a spirally bent structure, the expression of interferone-stimulated gene 56 (ISG56) increases, and death of cancer cells can be induced.
