The present invention relates to a roof rafter used in rigid film greenhouses for cultivating trees, flowers, and various agricultural products including vegetables. More specifically, the present invention relates to a roof rafter for rigid film greenhouses, made by combining lightweight aluminum rafter and a reinforcing material for increasing strength. The structure of existing rafters was quite adequate to be used for rigid film greenhouses since the rafter is made of aluminum bars and is lightweight, but is weak. To this end, in an attempt to produce roof rafter applied to rigid film greenhouses, the reinforcing materials are inserted into the structure of roof rafter made of the aluminum bars, thereby minimizing weight of the structure of the rigid film greenhouses while increasing strength of the rafter.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 채소를 비롯한 각종 농작물이나 꽃, 수목 등을 재배하는 데에 주로 사용되는 경질필름 온실에 사용되는 지붕서까래에 관한 것으로, 경량의 알루미늄 서까래의 강도 보강을 위한 보강재를 결합한 경질 필름 온실용 지붕서까래에 관한 것이다.종래 서까래 구조는 알루미늄 바로만 구성되어 있어서, 경량이어서 경질 필름 온실에는 적합하나 그 강도가 약한 단점이 있다. 본 발명에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 경질 필름 온실에 적용되는 지붕서까래를 구성함에 있어서, 알루미늄 바로 이루어진 지붕서까래 구조에서 그 내부로 보강재를 삽입하여 구성함으로써, 경질 필름 온실 구조에 중량의 문제를 최소화하면서 서까래의 강도를 증가시킬 수 있도록 한 경질 필름 온실용 지붕서까래 구조를 제안하고자 한다.
