PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic probe which can suppress variation of overall length of a transmission member and carry out stable rocking.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic probe includes: a transducer body 13 with a plurality of ultrasonic transducers to transmit/receive ultrasonic waves a rocking shaft 14 attached to the transducer body 13 and rockably supported by a support body a first pulley 15 attached to the rocking shaft 14 a second pulley 18 attached to an output shaft 17a of a driving motor 17 and a flexible belt 20 put around the first pulley 15 and the second pulley 18.
