The present invention provides an ordinary rail-type rectangular frame A, which takes on a rectangular shape and is bent in multi-stages with a hollow groove (310) of a certain size formed therein and in which a rail groove (320), cut away in a longitudinal direction, is formed in one side of an outer circumference thereof； holding and support portions (330, 330&prime；) are further bent inwardly in both sides of the rail groove (320)； and one or more depressed portions (340) are formed in both right and left sides thereof, so as to increase the strength enough to withstand any impact or pressure upward and downward.
