PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation of aqueous solution containing etanercept as an active ingredient and a method for producing the same, the pharmaceutical preparation of aqueous solution being excellent in stability in which generation of aggregated matters and cleaved matters as impurities of etanercept is suppressed.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation of aqueous solution containing etanercept as an active ingredient and a method for producing the same are disclosed. The pharmaceutical preparation of aqueous solution of the present invention contains etanercept, a stabilizer, and a buffer agent. In the pharmaceutical preparation of aqueous solution, the stabilizer is histidine or a salt thereof, the buffer agent is an organic acid or a salt thereof, and pH is from 5.6 to 6.4. The pharmaceutical preparation of aqueous solution of the present invention is stable for a long term by suppressing generation of any one of aggregated matters and cleaved matters resulting from etanercept, and it is possible to provide excellent shelf stability.【課題】 有効成分としてエタネルセプトを含有する水溶液製剤において、エタネルセプトの不純物である凝集体および切断体の生成が抑制された、安定性に優れた水溶液製剤およびその製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 有効成分としてエタネルセプトを含有する水溶液製剤およびその製造方法を開示する。本発明の水溶液製剤では、エタネルセプト、安定化剤および緩衝剤を含有する水溶液製剤であって安定化剤がヒスチジンまたはその塩であり、緩衝剤が有機酸またはその塩であり、そしてｐＨが５．６から６．４である。本発明の水溶液製剤は、エタネルセプトに起因する凝集体および切断体のいずれの生成も抑制することにより、長期にわたって安定であり、優れた保存性を提供することができる。【選択図】 なし
